Alexander Borman is a research assistant and PhD student in the School of Engineering. Having completed a Physics degree with the Open University, Alexander’s research is currently focussed in high speed analysis of ultra-fast events with the assistance of optics and laser technology and works closely with industrial partners.
Having qualified in teaching and worked in education whilst completing his degree, Alexander now delivers the Statics element of the Engineering module, EGR1016M and is module leader for the Computing for Engineers module. EGR1013M.
