About Barry Ardley

Barry Ardley is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing in the Lincoln International Business School. Prior to this, he spent a number of years working for City College Norwich, managing and delivering a wide range of business studies courses at both HE and FE levels.    Before entering education, Barry obtained a PGCE. He has commercial experience, gained from working for a range of organisations in retailing, services and the public sector. Barry is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and a Member of the Academy of Marketing (MAM)

Department Responsibilities

At undergraduate level, Barry is module coordinator for: Relational Strategies and Digital Media and    Entrepreneurial Marketing. He is a thesis supervisor for PhD, undergraduate, and masters students His current role is as employability champion for the department of Marketing and Tourism

Marketing Strategy \ Management. PhD research was on marketing planning. Other current research interests include, servicescapes, heritage marketing and marketing education
