    About Paul Murgatroyd

Having graduated in sport & exercise science in 1988, I studied for a secondary PGCE in PE and worked between 1991-1999 in a variety of sixth form and tertiary colleges (Farnborough, Cirencester, Hull and Grimsby). During the later stages of this, I studied part time for a MPhil at Loughborough University and then moved to Lincoln College in 1999 to begin working with the team there. For three years I taught on the BSc and HND programmes, whilst being course leader for the BSc, before taking over the newly validated BSc Sport Development & Coaching programme and also taking on the role of curriculum leader for quality assurance. I led the Sport Development & Coaching programme for five years, during which time we transferred across to the University, and since then I have taken on a number of new administrative roles within the school.
