Mizan Rahman is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Lincoln since 2004. He previously worked in advertising, pharmaceuticals and the charity sector. He started his advertising career at Grey Worldwide, a New York based global advertising agency, and progressed to become Senior Account Director at PUBLICIS Groupe and Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising. He worked with organisations (Nestlé, P&G, etc.) of varied size and nature of business, both in the commercial and non-profit sector. In the pharmaceuticals sector, he worked in Rhone Poulenc Rorer, which is now known as Sanofi-aventis after a merger. Because of his interest in the non-profit sector and entrepreneurship in the later stage of professional career, he held a National Lottery funded position in the charity sector for some time.
