    About Oluseyi Moses Ajayi

    Oluseyi Moses Ajayi is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Lecturer at the National Centre for Food Manufacturing, University of Lincoln. He also currently works as Co-Investigator and Deputy Project Leader on INTERREG North-West Europe Food Heroes project which focusses on developing innovative solutions to reduce food waste. Prior to this, he successfully completed a two-year funded European Regional Development Funded Project to champion sustainable business practice and collaboration amongst SME employers in the Food Manufacturing and Engineering sectors in Lincolnshire area of the United Kingdom.
    Dr Ajayi obtained his PhD in Manufacturing and Operations Management and his MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Management at Loughborough University, UK. He obtained his first degree in Food Engineering at Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. His PhD work involved industrial engagement with Small and Medium-sized Businesses; and development of a framework for the optimal use of resources and long-term organisational performance.

    Digital Lead (Holbeach Campus, University of Lincoln) - championing and supporting the use of digital devices and software in teaching and learning activities.
