Oluseyi Moses Ajayi is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Lecturer at the National Centre for Food Manufacturing, University of Lincoln. He also works on the European Regional Development Funded Project to champion sustainable business practice and collaboration amongst SME employers in the Food Manufacturing and Engineering sectors.
Moses obtained his PhD in Manufacturing and Operations Management and his MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Management at Loughborough University, UK. He obtained his first degree in Food Engineering at Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. His PhD work involved industrial engagement with Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing and Service Organisations; and development of framework for optimal use of resources and long term organisational performance.
