Lyndsey is a Business Development Officer at the University of Lincoln. Lyndsey is responsible for supporting businesses to access ESIF Innovation Vouchers and Proof of Concept funding, building the engagement with the business that will lead on to further local, national and international funding opportunities. The ESIF Innovation programme will deliver a range of research and innovation-based activities, interventions and funding opportunities designed to enable SMEs to advance and develop their innovation ambitions – driving levels of productivity and investment as well as collaborative engagement, leading to new products, processes and services and creating and exploiting new markets.
- Develop and co-ordinate Innovation Programme funded proposals, supporting academics and external clients in this process, including costing, bid development and supporting application submissions. - Provide expert guidance to businesses on the development and writing of innovation funding proposals - To act as the key contact and advisor for identified clients, maintain good client liaison and commercial practices, ensuring a continued relationship. - Maintain an understanding for the compliance of all ESIF, regional, national and international funded projects within scheme guidelines - To increase awareness of Innovation programmes through liaison with and the coaching of academic staff, businesses and other key stakeholders.
