    About John Hudson

I graduated from Humberside & Lincolnshire in 1995 and completed my PhD which examined memory processing in patients with Alzheimer’s disease in 2000. During this period I studied a wide range of patients attending Hull Royal Infirmary (under Prof Carl Clarke) and Coltman Street Day Hospital (under Prof Esme Moniz-Cook) with memory impairments and deficits in other domains of cognition and completed the Post-Qualification Training Course in Neuropsychology run by Prof Barbara Wilson. I underwent training for the WADA test with Prof Gus Baker in 1998 and have since worked as an Honorary Consultant Neuropsychologist at Hull Royal Infirmary where I’m involved with the assessment of potential neurosurgery patients. My research and consultancy activities directly inform teaching on Cognitive Neuroscience and Clinical and Experimental Neuropsychology modules.
