Hayley Robinson joined the Lincoln Institute for Health (LIH) in October 2016 as a PhD student. Hayley’s PhD aim is to develop and test the feasibility of an intervention to maintain or improve physical activity levels following pulmonary rehabilitation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Hayley’s research interests focus on physical activity and behaviour change in the management of COPD.
Hayley previously studied Health Psychology as part of her MSc at the University of Surrey. This, in addition with her experience as a support worker, has facilitated the development of her research interests surrounding physical activity and psychological well-being.
