After completing my undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science I worked as a technician/ Research assistant at Lincoln College, whilst studying for my PGCE. In 2006 I was appointed as a lecturer, specialising in physical activity and health and am now studying for my PhD in exercise referral schemes. I am registered Level 4 REPs and continue to be involved with Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation and exercise referral programmes.

Programme leader for Applied Sport and Exercise Physiology and Physical Activity for Health Development on the BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science degree. First and second supervisor on Undergraduate degree dissertations across the school. Member of the School Ethics Committee.
