I am currently completing my PhD in Strength and Conditioning as part of the School of Sport and Exercise Science. My research focuses on examining the effects of monitoring and utilising velocity as a performance variable within resistance training. This is achieved through the inclusion of velocity zones and stops, with the aim of augmenting strength and power adaptations across a range of participant groups.
Prior to this I achieved a first class (Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Lincoln.
