    About Helen Chapman

    Helen Chapman qualified as a dentist in 1981. She worked for over 20 years in the Community Dental Service in West Sussex. In collaboration with a consultant psychologist colleague, Nick Kirby-Turner, she developed CBT treatments for dental phobia in children, adults and people with learning disabilities. Helen continues to work in General Dental Practice, limiting her practice to the treatment of dental phobics. Helen has an MSc in Dental Public Health (1991) and a PGCert in CBT (2005)
