About Geoff Middleton

Geoff has had over 15 years experience working with local authorities, schools, sports clubs and private organisations. Over the past 9 years with the University, he has become an active member of the School’s consultancy drive in research, evaluation and income generation from private and community-based sources. Geoff’s research interests include nutrition, health promotion and evaluation theory; with a particular focus on complex multi-level and site interventions in the policy and practice domain. He is also an invited reviewer for a number of scientific journals and continues to practice sports nutrition with aspiring amateur athletes.
