About David Latham

David Latham is a Senior Lecturer in Lincoln International Business School. My research interests are, Behavioural Finance and Corporate Finance. My PhD is titled, “On the possibility of three more paradoxes with Market Efficiency”. The work attempts to demonstrate that price in certain contexts is an uncertain concept by its nature and the assumptions which we use to define it. The work also demonstrates that individual can share information for reasons which are not captured by standard economic models. My research interest recently, have become more heavily focused upon Corporate Finance topics. Dividend Theory and research are important new areas.
