Graduated from Napier University in MSc. Tourism Management in 2004, Chang Ge has gained extensive teaching experience in undergraduate, further education, work based learning and teaching training. With a proven track record of expertise in the use of educational technology and distance learning, she currently works as a lecturer in Lincoln International Business School. Chang takes an active interest in pedagogy, andragogy, heutagogy and technology-enhanced learning. To help support and develop the skills of students and staff in three educational institutions she has worked for, Chang has led, designed, delivered some major series of students and staff training opportunities focused around the theme of digital capability. Chang is also a visiting lecturer in Bishop Grosseteste University, teaching digital literacy, innovation in teaching related sessions. In 2015-2016, she facilitated an international student recruitment project for Bishop Grosseteste University. Chang also has experience in teaching and supporting international students, helping them to develop academic skills for Higher Education in the UK.
