About Alexa Mottram

Alexa has been teaching at the University of Lincoln for four years now, and working in the field of sustainable design for over eight. As well as her teaching responsibilities she maintains an external designer-maker practice that explores sustainable models of product and business process.

Department Responsibilities

Alexa teaches all levels of the Product Design programme and is module leader for Level 1 Design Contexts and the Dissertation module in Level 3. She also teaches the Level 3 Negotiated Project and Level 2 Design Contexts module. Alexa is personal tutor to students from all year groups.
