About Rochelle Haynes

My current research focuses on the role of internationally-assigned managers in multinational enterprises. I am interested in how the roles of these managers evolve as a result of changes within the global business environment . I am also interested in how these managers can aid in the smooth transition of management practices across borders, and how their roles are shaped by institutional factors within their company’s country-of-origin. I am also pursuing research into the nature of micro-politics between MNCs’ head office and subsidiaries.  I have conducted research into such areas in multinational companies of various national backgrounds including the US, UK, India, Japan, Germany, France, Canada and Denmark.
